(a) Notification of return <\/p>\n

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer can contact us by phone or e-mail. When reporting a return, the customer must provide the following information: the order number, the reason for the return and any relevant details.<\/p>\n

b) Return conditions<\/p>\n

 To be eligible for a return, the product must:<\/p>\n

  • To be intact and in original condition.<\/li>\n
  • To be complete with all related accessories and packaging materials.<\/li>\n
  • Not to have been used except to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    (c) Return costs<\/p>\n

    In case of a return, the cost of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in case of a defective product or an error on our part.<\/p>\n

    (d) Reimbursement<\/p>\n

    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Printercompany BV will proceed to refund the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment. Refunds will be made via the original payment method the customer used when making the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
